1. The Pitmaster's Policy (Pre-Orders)
Viceroy Smoked BBQ operates on a strict, limited-batch pre-order system. Due to the intensive 12-to-14-hour smoking process, we only produce what is secured in advance.
Submitting an order via the online form reserves your allocation, but the order is not fully confirmed until payment is verified. Failure to upload proof of payment within the specified window may result in your allocation being released to the next customer in queue.
2. Weight Variations & Pricing
Artisanal barbecue is not uniformly manufactured. Meat naturally shrinks during the cooking process as fat renders and moisture evaporates.
Our pricing is based on post-smoke, ready-to-eat weight yields. We guarantee that the final weight of your order will meet or slightly exceed the targeted grammage specified at checkout.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Because our production is strictly tied to confirmed orders and involves fresh, perishable ingredients, all verified pre-orders are final. We cannot accept cancellations or issue refunds once your payment has been processed and your meat is scheduled for the smoker.
In the rare event of a severe equipment failure or uncontrollable circumstance on our end that prevents fulfillment, you will be issued a full refund.
4. Delivery Protocol
We utilize third-party local riders to fulfill deliveries. The delivery fee is calculated based on distance from the available distribution hub and is payable directly to the rider.
While we strive to dispatch your order the soonest possible time, we are not liable for delays caused by rider availability, traffic, weather, or incorrect address information provided during checkout. Please ensure your delivery details are highly accurate.
5. Data Privacy
To fulfill your order, we collect essential data including your name, email, contact number, and delivery address. This information is strictly used for order fulfillment, delivery routing, and vital communication regarding your food. We do not sell your data to third-party marketers.
